Terms Of Service:

- Minimum week stay.

- The purpose of the rent is strictly for periodical vacations, any other type of usage

(filming, commercials,photography etc) must be specified in advance.

- The tenant herewith accknowledge’s that the agent can show the property to potential customers

with initial co-ordination with the current residence.

- Electricity is not included, charged by the meter.(Depending on the apartment)

- Advance deposit of 30% of the entire amount to be paid no later than day of signature of the reservation.

- Remaining balance of the rent is paid on check in.

- Security deposit is done by cash on the day of check-in.

- Full refund in case of cancellation 2 months before the reservation date, full refund of the advance deposit.

From the period of 60 days till entry to the property, no refund.

- Check in as of 15:00pm / Check out until 11:00am (Flexible)

- Once the Tenant has checked in and wishes to check out earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund.

- A tenant cannot stay further than the term agreed & paid for, subject to the property availability.

- If the tenant didn’t pay the whole due rental fee, or failed to leave on the check-out date,

the tenant herewith empower,the agent to enter the property

remove all his belongings out of the property & change the door cylinder.

- Price may change during seasons, ensure to secure your reservation as early as possible.

- A Reservation is fully booked only after that The Tenant has signed all the relevant documents

and deposited the advance payment.

- The tenant is sole responsible for his personal clothes

belongings & any valuable items that he entered the property with on check-in.
